Moving?

Whether you are moving down the street or across the country, moving is always memorable.  It can be a good memory or a bad memory.  The key to a smooth move is planning appropriately.

Before You Begin Packing

Gather up all your important papers and documents and put them in one box clearly marked and set aside so you can access easily before your move and after your move.  Be sure and include:

Four weeks prior to moving day, notify the post office of your move.  You can do this at your local post office or there is an online Change of Address form at the usps website.
